Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing our training and coaching programs. We strive to provide valuable insights and impactful training experiences. However, please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Webinar and Workshop Fees

  • Once registered and payment is made, no refund will be issued for non-attendance or schedule conflicts.

  • In the case of event rescheduling or cancellation by us, participants will be notified and given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund.

2. 1-on-1 Consultations / Coaching Sessions

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with a minimum 24-hour notice.

  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or for no-shows.

  • If a session is canceled from our side, it will be rescheduled at your convenience or refunded in full.

3. Online Courses / Digital Products

  • Due to the digital nature of courses, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
